Information we collect
When you submit a case-review form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, contact details, country, incident details and any file you choose to upload. We also record a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string for abuse-prevention purposes; we do not store your raw IP address.
How we use your information
Submitted information is used to evaluate your request, communicate with you about your case review, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sensitive information
Never submit passwords, banking login credentials, private keys, wallet recovery phrases, PINs or one-time security codes through our forms. We do not need this information to review your situation, and we will never ask you to send it to us.
Data retention
We retain case-submission records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet legal or record-keeping obligations, after which information is securely deleted or anonymized.
File uploads
Files you upload are stored using randomized filenames on secured infrastructure and are not publicly browsable.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies (such as your session and CSRF-protection cookie) required for the website and forms to work correctly. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your choices
You may contact us at contact@yourdomain.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have submitted, subject to applicable law and our legitimate record-keeping needs.
