Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased a paid service or document package from Digital Intelligence Solutions, the following general terms apply unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

• You may request cancellation of a paid engagement before substantive work has begun for a full refund.
• Once document preparation, review or research work has begun, fees for the work already performed are non-refundable.
• Refund requests should be sent in writing to contact@yourdomain.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction.
